This, extraordinary space saving connector provides a 10 Gbit-link to the machine while having the same installation dimensions as a 4-way M12 connector. The connectors of Variant 4 are standardized in the IEC 61076-3-106, designed to meet the demands of harsh industrial environments, guaranteeing protection class IP67 whether mated or unmated (using the IP67 protection cap).
